We were very happy with our first box and from our customers reviews you were too. We had three amazing jerky's in the box:

McLean Meats is based in British Columbia. For this box we chose Traditional Beef Jerky. This is as the name says a traditional chewy jerky. They use no added   nitrites in their products including no celery extract. We love the company tag line ‘Embrace Food with Gratitude’ 

Cowboy’s Caviar has been making great tasting jerky since 1998. This family business takes pride in using only 100% Canadian beef. The product is made in Saskatchewan. This soft chew jerky comes in five flavours. We have chosen the peppered flavour for this box. You won't be able to stop at one piece!

Buff jerky sticks are a product of the Big Rock Bison farm in Shallow Lake Ontario. These sticks are a fermented jerky made from Bison & Beef. Because they are fermented they do not need any chemicals to keep them shelf stable. They have 7 grams of protein in each stick and make a great on the go snack.
